How to Join

In Person:
Download the Membership Application Form. Print the form and complete the details. Come to the Club between 9am - 9pm daily. Applications received in person will be processed on the spot. Bring photo ID and collect your membership cards to receive benefits instantly!
By Post:

Download the Membership Application Form, print and complete the details. Mail the form with payment (cheque, money order or credit card information) to:

For applications received by post, the applicant must come to the club and present photo ID before collection of membership card.

IMPORTANT: Once a membership has expired, the club re-sets its data base and any rewards points accrued to a membership card are lost. To gain entry to the club, the expired member is required to re-join the club by completing another application form.
